What data we process and why

The data you provide in the demo request form (name, company, email, phone, sector, number of shops and message) is used exclusively to handle your request, contact you and send you the information or quote you ask for.

Legal basis

The consent you give when submitting the form and the application of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of the business relationship and the applicable legal periods.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The form is sent through our hosting provider (Vercel) and the email service Resend, which act as data processors to forward the message to us by email and may involve an international data transfer with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@gesio.info. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
