The Multi-store plan has two parts: €40/month for the inventory and control tools, shared by all your shops, and €49/month for each point of sale.

Pricing questions
How much does a POS for a shop cost?
With TPV Online, the Essential plan for a shop with one till costs €39/month + VAT. If you need several tills, users with permissions or advanced inventory, the Professional plan costs €59/month + VAT.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are shown excluding VAT, which is added to the invoice.
How is the Multi-store plan price calculated?
It has two parts: €40/month + VAT for the inventory and control tools, plus €49/month + VAT for each point of sale. For example, with 3 shops: 40 + 3 × 49 = €187/month + VAT.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Pay annually for the price of 10 months: for example, the Essential plan costs €390/year and the Professional plan €590/year (+ VAT).
Is AI included in the AI connection pack?
No, the AI is contracted separately. The AI connection pack (€10/month + VAT) connects TPV Online to artificial intelligence, but does not include the AI service itself. To use it you need your own ChatGPT (OpenAI) or Claude (Anthropic) account, which you contract and pay for directly with them. You then enter the token (access key) for that account in TPV Online and can start importing supplier invoices, products and customers. The token is obtained from the OpenAI or Anthropic developer platform (API). If you have any questions, we will help you set it up.
Can I start with one plan and change later?
Yes. You can start with Essential and move up to Professional or Multi-store as your business grows.
Are there additional modules?
Yes. You can extend the POS with modules such as time tracking, repairs, REBU, bookings, an integrated card terminal or ERP integrations. See the module catalogue or ask us for a quote.
